Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about innovative medical technologies and building powerful brands? A rapidly growing startup in the field of medical devices, seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead their brand to the next level!

Position Overview:
The company is looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that will drive the company's growth and brand awareness in the global medical device market.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and brand awareness initiatives
Build and manage marketing budget
Create and oversee marketing materials (video, print, 3D imaging, presentations)
Manage social media presence and digital marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of marketing management/marketing communications experience in medical/high-tech/pharma/international knowledge-intensive companies
Academic degree in relevant field
Native-level English proficiency (reading, writing, and presenting)
Proven track record in delivering successful presentations and pitches
Experience with SEO, social media management, and digital campaign strategies
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to multitask
Strong project management and team collaboration abilities

Advantages:
Proficiency in additional languages
Experience with AI tools, video and audio editing
Background in healthcare and/or medical devices industry
