Dive and travel insurance company operating worldwide is seeking English Speaking Customer Support Agent.
Work is done from home in the evenings.

Responsibilities include:
B2B and CRM management, correspondence and follow up.
Customer support: incoming customer queries, answering product and service questions, and fostering a positive experience. Teamwork!

Requirements:
Requirements:
Fluent English language skills. Additional languages - a plus!
Able to work U.S. hours: Mon.-Fri. 16:00-24:00
Friendly and service-oriented.
Access to computer and quiet workspace.
Prior knowledge of the dive-travel industry is not mandatory but welcome!
Paid training provided.
