Job Description:
As a Junior Trader, you will be responsible for executing, monitoring, and managing structured product trades, primarily focused on equities but also encompassing other asset classes. You will work closely with senior traders, analyze market trends, and assist in structuring and optimizing investment strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, market awareness, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and manage structured product and equity trades in alignment with market conditions and client strategies.
Monitor market trends, economic news, and price movements to identify trading opportunities.
Assist in structuring customized investment solutions for clients across different asset classes.Provide Real-Time assistance to clients with order execution and market insights.
Track and manage client portfolios, ensuring positions align with investment goals and risk profiles.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance trading strategies and optimize execution efficiency.
Stay updated with new trading techniques, market developments, and financial products.
Support post-trade processes, including settlements, reporting, and risk management.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Strong understanding of capital markets, structured products, and financial instruments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, charts, and trends.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
Experience with trading platforms and financial software is an advantage.
Previous experience working with high-net-worth clients is a plus.
