As the group leader, you will have full autonomy as you build multidisciplinary teams across different R&D sites and lead complex projects within the critical path of the company.

Requirements:
BSc in computer science or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience as a R&D group leader with proven experience managing managers
At least 3 years of experience as a R&D team leader
At least 5-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer
Experience in managing teams across different R&D sites is an advantage
Proven experience with Java (Spring) development is an advantage
Proven experience with frameworks such as React, Angular or equivalent SPA framework
Experience in a cloud environment & high pace development cycles is an advantage
Highly motivated and with a passion for learning new things
Team player with the capability to utilize any and all resources needed to execute a job.
