We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Customer Sales Administrator to manage crucial aspects of Sales Orders and customer service operations. In this role, you will oversee a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, customer service, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Export and Import Management: Supervise the export of products to customers, handle product and goods imports under service calls, and manage customs procedures.
Customer Order Processing: Enter and track customer orders in the system, manage customer portals, and ensure timely updates in Priority.
Customer Communication: Maintain regular communication with customers and Nanomotion Inc (US subsidiary) regarding service calls, delivery dates, and aged debts.
Reporting Tasks: Manage invoicing and VAT assignments, generate backlog and booking reports weekly, and maintain weekly shipping logs.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (mandatory).
Strong aptitude for self-directed learning and adaptability to new systems and processes.
Excellent time management, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while interfacing with various departments in the company
Outstanding organizational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms.
