* Oversee the technical characterization, system design, and architecture of radar-based electronic systems.
* Drive innovation and efficiency in system design processes, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Lead the development of architectural frameworks and technical roadmaps to align with project and organizational goals. Team Management & Development:
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system architects, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
* Set clear team goals, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
* Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Collaborate with R&D, project management, and other engineering disciplines to align system architecture with product requirements and project milestones.

Requirements:
Requirements: Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field. Experience:
* Previous experience in Radar Systems engineering is required.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience as a system Engineer with a strong background in system architecture.
* Proven experience leading technical teams in multidisciplinary environments.
* Hands-on R&D experience in RF, board design, or algorithm development is an advantage.
* Experience in the defense industry is an advantage. Technical Skills:
* Strong understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems, including software, hardware and algorithms.
* Familiarity with RF systems is a major advantage.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills:
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
