Director, Product Management

As the Director Product Manager for our Longitudinal Care offering, you will lead one of most strategic and impactful products, central to our mission of transforming healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, and execution of the Longitudinal Care product, ensuring it aligns with overarching business goals.
Drive the development of this flagship offering, positioning it as a cornerstone of the companys growth and success.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance product differentiation, expand market reach, and improve customer outcomes.
Serve as the voice of the business, ensuring the product delivers measurable ROI and meets market and customer demands.
Partner closely with stakeholders in sales, marketing, and customer success to align product development with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and customer feedback evaluation to inform product strategy and prioritization.
Collaborate with R&D, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality SaaS-based consumer-facing web and mobile app products.
Engage deeply with healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders to identify pain points and develop innovative solutions that address their needs.
Champion a user-centric design philosophy, delivering intuitive and impactful experiences that drive engagement and adoption.
Act as the face of the Longitudinal Care product, presenting product updates, business cases, and strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
