Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening and interviewing, both in Israel and the US.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to understand hiring requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Use data-driven methods to optimize recruitment processes and measure success metrics.
Create and maintain job descriptions, ensuring alignment with brand and mission.
Drive employer branding initiatives, representing at events, online platforms, and through partnerships to attract top talent.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay updated on hiring trends, best practices, and market insights to remain competitive in attracting top talent.
Collaborate with global stakeholders, accommodating time zones and cultural nuances.

Requirements:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Partner to help grow our exceptional team by finding and hiring top talent who share our passion for purpose-driven innovation.

At least 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a similar role, preferably within tech companies or startups.
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Experience with global companies, particularly those with a US presence, is preferred.
Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust with candidates and internal teams.
A proactive mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, accommodating global time zones when needed.
Passion for people and a commitment to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
