Planner for Maintenance Department - Temporary Position

We seek a Planner for its Maintenance Department to oversee and coordinate all maintenance and preventive maintenance activities across the campus, ensuring efficient operation of office facilities. This role involves collaborating with suppliers, contractors, internal teams, and other stakeholders to plan and manage routine and special maintenance tasks effectively.
What will your job look like:
Overseeing the planning and coordination of preventive and routine maintenance for company facilities
Creating and implementing maintenance plans for critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire detection
Monitoring performance, generating detailed reports, tracking progress, and managing maintenance budgets
Strategically scheduling maintenance tasks for buildings and systems across the campus
Building and maintaining strong relationships with external contractors and suppliers
Aligning maintenance activities with requests and priorities from managers and internal teams
Streamlining maintenance processes and recommending improvements for enhanced efficiency
Minimizing downtime and operational disruptions through effective maintenance management
Assisting project managers with expertise and support on maintenance-related initiatives.
