The position
The Construction and Design team is a dynamic group of project managers responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, planning, and design across our global sites. As a Technical Assistant your responsibilities will revolve around supporting the team with drawing, planning, and space optimization. You will work closely with the Allocation Manager and construction and design project managers to ensure that all modifications and updates are accurately reflected and aligned with our standards.
This is a temporary position for six months.
What will your job look like?
Draw and modify floor plans and building layouts in Revit and AutoCAD, based on the latest project requirements and specifications.
Assist the Allocation Manager in offering innovative ideas for space management and utilization, ensuring they meet our operational and strategic goals.
Coordinate with multiple teams, including design, construction, and management, to ensure smooth workflow and integration of project details.
Report directly to the Group Manager, providing regular updates and progress reports on all related tasks.
Gather and integrate all our sites into the Revit environment, ensuring data is properly integrated into our internal systems.
