* Shape and implement quality strategies that align with our ambitious goals
* Lead a high-performing team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of excellence
* Drive continuous improvement in our QA process and implement methodologies, keeping pace with our evolving tech stack
* Collaborate across departments to embed quality at every stage of our SDLC and Delivery
* Innovate our testing approaches for our Java-based SaaS application with Vue.js and XSLT frontend

Requirements:
Your Expertise
* Proven track record in quality assurance leadership within SaaS environments and/or transformation from OnPrem to SaaS
* Strong background in managing and mentoring QA teams of at least 10 people for 2+ years in multi-geographical company
* Proven experience of testing commercial products, packaging and releasing of enterprise business support mission-critical systems
* Profound knowledge and experience in use of Test Automation, Performance and Load tests.
* Deep understanding of QA methodologies and industry best practices for complex web applications
* Experience with Java ecosystems, modern frontend technologies, and cloud infrastructures
* Ability to drive quality initiatives that directly impact business outcomes
* Good communication both verbal and written.
* Working experience with Jira
