We are looking for a Technical Communication Team Lead to join the Technical Communication group.

A leader with a passion for communicating complex technical concepts related to network security, and a desire to expand their knowledge of cutting-edge cyber security products, lead a dedicated running team and drive them to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of technical communicators to create high-quality, user-focused documentation.
Oversee the documentation process for complex network security features, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate with R&D, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive, up-to-date product information.
Drive continuous improvement in documentation processes and standards to maintain excellence.
Contribute to the strategic vision of the Technical Communication group by aligning team efforts with organizational goals.

Strong interpersonal and team management skills to encourage collaboration and growth within the team.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience with writing tools like MadCap Flare, or equivalent CCMS platforms.
Familiarity with network protocols, communications and network security.
A strong understanding of the software documentation lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
A passion for learning new tools and technologies.
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
