About the Role:

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing, this role will take ownership of conversion optimization, sales enablement, and Marketing Automation - leveraging data -driven insights to drive demand and improve performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-moving environment with a can-do attitude and a keen eye for strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hands-on ownership and optimization of the entire user journey - from the first website visit through email campaigns and onboarding flows - turning visitors into customers.
* Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, generate high-quality leads, and enhance website performance.
* Select, manage, and evaluate external vendors, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights to boost growth efforts.
* Own the sales enablement process, translating sales needs into effective marketing materials, to support conversion rates.

* Strong knowledge of SEO and proficiency with tools like WordPress, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GA4.
* Experience managing vendors, including performance tracking and budget allocation.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data -driven decisions.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar role in a SaaS industry a must.
