Plant Engineer

* Responsible for all engineering and maintenance activities in the plant, ensuring a proper and safe working environment in collaboration with the safety officer.
* Management and responsibility for the Maintenance Department and its managers in the fields of mechanics, electricity, infrastructure, and various systems.
* Responsible for operating external contractors in all service areas and overseeing technical procurement for the plant.
* Building annual investment and maintenance expense budgets and tracking their implementation according to the schedule, budget, and scope.
* Manage, supervise, and control the execution of the annual maintenance plan (preventive), troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to the budget.
* Initiating, managing, monitoring the execution, and overseeing engineering projects for new equipment and systems.
* Professional responsibility for properly functioning production lines, electrical systems, associated equipment, support systems, and troubleshooting.
* Professional authority for the operation and maintenance of all systems in the plant, including infrastructure and machinery, with coordination with machine manufacturers as needed.
* Defining and preparing operational and maintenance procedures for operators and maintenance personnel, and supervising their implementation and documentation.
