We are hiring a talented SEO Specialist to join the growth team. This role will develop and implement new tactics to drive growth and maximize the organic search channel as a whole. The SEO Specialist will have to make marketing decisions, creatively think outside the box, and work on multiple projects with results-driven goals at the top of their mind.

What am I going to do?
Collaborate with SEO team members to develop and execute effective strategies and tactics.
Develop, Manage, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search engine performance
Monitor and analyze multiple datasets to make data-driven decisions
Work with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure correct implementation of SEO recommendations and best practices and to identify areas of improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and changes with SEO and major search engines, adapting strategies as necessary.

Requirements:
3+ years of SEO experience with an international e-commerce/online company.
Thorough knowledge of search ranking factors, key algorithm updates, and core web vitals.
Highly familiar with GenAI as it relates to SEO
Proficiency in web analytics tools, keyword tools, and SEO tools.
Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and trends along meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.
A team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
