As part of this role you will join the Performance Analytics team, that takes a very central and holistic position in the company, and you will be in charge of defining and monitoring high level company KPIs that are reported to executives of the company and suggesting proactive actions that will be making impact on our business. You will work independently and as a team member on the most interesting and innovative analysis that is available in the online industry.

What am I going to do?
Data analyst focal point for all business & engineering related teams
Define new business KPIs, units objectives and create supportive infrastructure for measuring them
Track wisely business performance, alert and analyze abnormal trends
Provide actionable recommendations and conclusion out from in-depth analysis to various stakeholders
Manage multiple tasks at a time in fast-paced

Requirements:
Strong analytical skills
At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst (online industry advantage)
BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics or equivalent
Ability to find root cause for vague trend behaviors and conclude it into full data story
Good presentation skills
Vast knowledge of SQL, ability to write complex logics and create advanced ETL scripts - Must
Expert level with reporting platforms and data visualization - Must (Tableau advantage)
Expert level in working with Big data tools (BigQuery advantage)
