The CTO consists of highly talented teams and individuals overseeing Data-Science, Security Research, Advanced Development and Architecture across all our Threat Prevention products and services - Cloud, Mobile, End-Point and Network.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed
Creates and maintain project plans
Identifies and resolves issues and risks
Implements change practices
Planning and monitor the project
Lead meetings and set expectations for project team
Reporting on projects to the client or senior stakeholders on progress
Lead agile teams and implement agile methodology.

Bachelors degree required; masters preferred
5+ years experience in project management
3 years of R&D background
Practical NLP and GenAI experience.
Experience in Agile teams
Proven leadership skills
Expertise in conflict resolution
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability
Experience with Atlassian's Jira/Confluence.
Bachelors degree required; masters preferred
5+ years experience in project management

Experience in Agile teams
