UX/UI Designer

we are an innovative cost reduction service for banks and buy-side firms. The service helps firms track the trade lifecycle and get a true sense of prioritized risk, across an increasing number of systems. we bring together Fintech providers and in-house technology, orchestrating the interaction of the distributed providers and creating a single visual display of the risk of financial transactions in a globally sharable view.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented web user-centered product designer with proven experience in UX/UI and visual design to join our collaborative and innovative Product team.
As a UX/UI Designer, Youll play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences for our exclusive innovative data-driven application.
Working within a collaborative, agile team, youll design intuitive, visually compelling interfaces that align with user needs and business objectives. Youll partner closely with our Product & Development teams and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life.
This role is best for a creative, detail-oriented designer, who is passionate about user-centered design and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that reflect our vision and branding.
Ensure all designs adhere to branding and design guidelines while maintaining consistency across the product.
Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing insights.
Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D, marketing, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives, project requirements, and technical constraints.
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, attractive user interfaces, and creating original graphic designs.
Solve problems creatively in an agile and lean product environment.
Work within Agile teams, utilizing tools like Jira and Monday.com for task management and progress tracking.
