You’ll work alongside an experienced performance marketing team, helping to execute high-volume paid media campaigns that reach millions of consumers worldwide. Your life at MA?LYS will look like…

* Launch high-scale ads per week across major paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, and more).
* Ensure weekly ad tests (text, headlines, creatives) are uploaded correctly and go live on schedule.
* Double-check every ad for accuracy—your attention to detail ensures no mistakes slip through.
* Work closely with the performance team to optimize processes and improve campaign efficiency.
* Get exposure to high-budget, data-driven e-commerce marketing at a global scale.
You will thrive in this role if you have…

* A student in Accounting, Industrial Engineering & Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
* Good analytical and technical skills.
* A strong eye for detail—you’ll be handling a high volume of ads, and precision is key.
* English fluency is a must—you’ll be working with global campaigns.
* A proactive, fast learner who wants to break into the e-commerce marketing world.
* Basic familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or Google Ads is a plus.
This is a part-time position, on-site in our offices in Tel Aviv (2 days a week)
