We are looking for an experienced Software team leader Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 5-6 developers and QA engineers. Ensure smooth project delivery through collaboration, guidance, and technical leadership. Hands-on coding (30% of the time) while also providing managerial support. Organize, prioritize, and streamline processes within the team. Work with databases and develop solutions for data management. Foster a collaborative environment where innovation and team growth are encouraged. Participate in architectural and technical decisions. Handle all aspects of team management, from sprint planning to performance evaluations.

At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead role. Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, especially in SaaS companies. Proficiency in GO programming language is highly desirable, though not mandatory. Strong experience with databases and hands-on engineering skills. Experience with agile methodologies and squad-based workflows. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup culture, open to change and adaptable. A relevant academic degree (BSc in Computer Science or similar). Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
