abra R&D is seeking an experienced COBOL Mainframe Developer We are looking for a seasoned COBOL Mainframe Developer to join a senior team responsible for core systems. Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain COBOL-based financial systems on IBM Mainframe.
* Work with Batch and Online processes to support core banking operations.
* Collaborate in an Agile team of 3-5 developers.
* Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
* Ensure seamless system integration with DB2 databases.
* Respond to urgent inquiries, including occasional availability outside standard working hours.

* IBM Mainframe expertise is required.

* Ability to analyze and document business processes (business knowledge is a plus).
* Mandatory experience in financial institutions.
