As a BI Operations Analyst working on our Business Analytics & Business Intelligence team in Tel Aviv, you will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to create data driven solutions, extract and visualize actionable insights from large volumes of data through reporting and analytics.
What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?
As a BI Operations Analyst you will:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data infrastructure solutions.
Automate data workflows to streamline processes, reducing manual efforts and improving accuracy in reporting and analytics.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT/Data, IS, R&D, Product) to ensure seamless integration of BI tools with other systems and data models.
Work closely with the BI Development team to Develop, maintain, and automate operational and executive-level reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights.
Work closely with stakeholders (Business, Finance, FP&A, Sales Ops) to understand their reporting needs and ensure data is effectively visualized and communicated.
Monitor data infrastructure performance, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and fast processing times.

Master in SQL and complex queries
Experience with using and building/developing reports with various BI Tools (preferably Qlik Sense)
BA/BSc. required- preferably in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems/ Data analysis
Excellent attention to details and the ability to remain organized
Strong communications skills, verbal and written
Project management skills- ability to lead and manage a project E2E, incl. managing timelines, collecting requirements and prioritizations of tasks to other teams
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a high level of agility to changing circumstances and priorities
Python experience Advantage
It would be great if you also have:
Experience working in online businesses, especially online advertising, preferably ad-tech.
