Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for product acceptance TEST from the customers' perspective.
Build product acceptance tests roadmaps and workplans.
Create TEST scenarios and summarize result.
Analyze customer feedback and field performance data.
Present TEST results and recommendations to different stakeholders.
Collaborate with QA QC teams.
Support the team's Beta Roadshow tests.
Assist with market research.

1-3 years of experience with multidisciplinary products.
Experience with IoT technology an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and user needs.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or software systems (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity.
Skills:
Fluency in English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to independently create a working schedule and prioritize tasks.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits field tests.
Passion for technology and innovative solutions.
