We are looking for a highly motivated and talented CTO to lead and grow our development teams. .
Responsibilities:
Manage and lead multiple development teams (2-3 teams)
Provide strong technical mentorship and team leadership
Drive technological strategy and innovation across products
Take full ownership of DevOps infrastructure, including CI/CD and cloud migration
Maintain high development standards including code quality, testing, and documentation
Lead architectural decisions in our distributed systems
Manage sprint ceremonies and development processes
Handle crisis situations with hands-on problem solving (24/7)
Work closely with management and product teams
Manage multiple development projects simultaneously

Requirements:
7+ years in software development role
3+ years of leading software development teams
Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET , TCP/IP (Sockets), near RT data streams, RESTful API, MSSQL, Windows Services
Proven experience with architecting complex near RT data streams
Proven experience with writing testable code and unit testing
Experience with CI/CD automation and DevOps practices
Experience in managing cloud migration projects
Strong business communication skills
B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent
