abra R&D is looking for a motivated Technical Service Technician to join our team! We are seeking a skilled and service-oriented Technical Service Technician to provide technical support. Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, peripheral equipment, communication systems, Office applications, operating systems, enterprise applications, telephony, and more.
* Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of IT-related issues within the organization.
* Collaborate with internal teams to enhance technical solutions and user experience.
* Work full-time with a willingness to work overtime when required.

* 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a medium/large organization (500+ employees).
* Experience in a financial organization – an advantage.
* Knowledge and experience with personal computing, Office applications, operating systems, networking, telephony, and cybersecurity.
* Proficiency in technical English.
* Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.
* PC Technician certification.
