Integration team lead

We are looking for Integration team lead to manage our amazing team. As part of the role, you will be a member of the Operations group, Working closely with both R&D teams and Technical Support teams.

Main Responsibilities:
Establishing the team as an independent team and developing workflows within and with other departments.
Guide, mentor, and enable personal development for team members to maintain a highly motivated and engaged team that delivers at high standards.
Collaborate closely with Operation Management teams and R&D.
Guide the team to prioritize and Perform operations when needed to resolve complex incidents with Technical Customer Support teams as soon as possible.
