Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Summary
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing software solutions that span the full stack of development. You will collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance features in an agile environment.
Youll primarily work with React for front-end development, alongside .NET Core (C#) on the back end (experience with other back-end languages is welcome)
Responsibilities
Lead the development of new features and enhancements across the front-end and back-end, using React and your expertise in back-end development, with .NET Core (C#) as a bonus.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Architect and implement efficient, reusable, and reliable code to optimize performance and scalability.
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and performance for front-end and back-end codebases.
Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on full-stack development and technical best practices.
Actively participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical roadmaps.
