Key Responsibilities:
Leading significant, cross-organizational processes end-to-end, engaging partners, and focusing on maximizing results.
Reviewing and implementing process changes to improve performance and influence key metrics.
Developing new work processes and management routines.
Defining system requirements for development and/or procurement of systems.
Planning and managing complex projects according to project management methodologies.
Analyzing data, building, and managing engineering models to support decision-making.
Implementing a culture of operational excellence within the organization.
Collaborating with senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent required.
At least 7 years of experience managing operational excellence / organizational and methods projects in large organizations required.
Consulting firm experience an advantage.
Familiarity with operational excellence methodologies (Lean, PMBOK, TOC, etc.).
Experience with SAP ERP systems an advantage.
Leadership, determination, and ability to rally people and lead complex processes, including peer engagement.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams.
Strong business, systems, analytical, and process-oriented thinking, along with creative and innovative problem-solving abilities.
