Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine compensation strategies, including KPIs and equity-based incentives.
Conduct market benchmarking and annual bonus calculations.
Advise on equity compensation plans and regulatory compliance.
Consult with senior management on compensation matters.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Law.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English and Hebrew.
