About the Team
The Continues Testing R&D team is responsible for building and maintaining a robust cloud-based platform for Mobile and Web Testing. The platform helps development and QA teams worldwide increase test coverage and make data-driven decisions so they can deliver high-quality web and mobile apps on time & at scale. The team includes mobile, backend and frontend developers based in Netanya and New Delhi.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be involved in all aspects of our product development, from initial brainstorming, research, wireframe, mockups, and prototyping to launching and tracking products success and adoption.
You will work with a global and a local teams to create and maintain excellent and consistent user experience across our many products and solutions.
Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products.
Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect UI for all states and scenarios and deliver it to development.
Explore different and novel ideas to reach the best solution possible.
Work with a global and a local team to create a smooth and consistent experience across company products
Use data and user feedback as a basis for the work you will do.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of design experience with SaaS products.
Creative and problem-solving character by heart.
Ability to understand and distill complex problems into simple and accessible solutions.
Ability to communicate your vision, receive feedback well, and take a proactive approach to problem solving.
A collaborative team player.
Experience with Figma and Adobe Suite.
Degree in Visual Communications from Bezalel, Shenkar, Holon Institute of Technology or Vizo (or an equal degree).
A strong understanding of usability and user experience principles.
A high level of written and spoken English.
