Join Our Carbon-Reduction Software Startup as a Full-Stack Developer ** Were excited to grow our team and are looking for **two Full-Stack Developers** to join us on our mission to drive carbon reduction through software technology. If youre a **smart, adaptable, and proactive team player** with a can-do approach and passion for solving complex problems, wed love to hear from you! This is a key role in our **growing core team**, with plenty of room for professional development. You'll be contributing directly to our core platform and working closely with the team as we scale.Both roles are **integral** to our core team as we prepare for the next phase of growth. Requirements:
**What Were Looking For:** A broad system perspective and experience working with **complex software systems**/ Experience with ** Node.js, MongoDB, and Python ** a strong plus/ Familiarity with **cloud platforms (AWS or others), ELK, Docker, and DevOps tools** a plus/ Experience interacting with **customers and vendors** a plus/ Knowledge of **the energy and carbon sector** a plus/ Familiarity with ** Front-End frameworks** a plus *Open Positions:*** Senior Full-Stack Developer ** **10+ years of experience**/ Were looking for a **technical leader** with strong problem-solving skills and a broad understanding of system architecture. If you have leadership experience and a passion for mentoring, thats a huge plus!
