This is a unique opportunity to join a profitable, fast-growing B2B SaaS startup that has been scaling rapidly from day one! (bootstrap).
What You'll Do:
? Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of impactful solutions.
? Drive both inbound (customer discovery, backlog management) and outbound (go-to-market strategy, Product Marketing ) product management activities.
? Act as a domain expert, deeply understanding market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
? Define and optimize workflows to ensure scalable, efficient, and consistent product delivery.
? Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to align the product vision with company goals.
? Use data -driven insights to define and monitor key metrics, continuously improving product performance.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
?? 5-6+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of leading a product independently.
?? 2+ years of software development experience (back-end development).
?? Experience in high-growth B2B startups (not B2C), ideally during a scaling phase.
?? Ability and willingness to be hands-onthis is not just a strategic role but one that requires deep involvement in product definition and execution.
?? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to make product decisions.
?? Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align teams and stakeholders.
?? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Bonus Points:
? Experience in data platforms, analytics tools, or related fields.
? Deep domain expertise in SaaS, data, AI, or business intelligence.
