" Lead, mentor, and guide a team of automation engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
" Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
" Define and oversee automation project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
" Develop and implement automation strategies to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
" Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks for testing and process automation.
" Ensure the integration of automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
" Establish and enforce coding standards, documentation practices, and testing protocols.

Requirements:
" Bachelors degree in Computer Science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
" Minimum 5 years of previous experience as an Automation team leader.
" Proven hands-on experience with Python, C and C++.
" Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker.
" Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
" Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
" Excellent problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and leadership skills.
" Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
" Good English skills: speaking, writing, and reading.
