Technical Leaders in SEG will have the opportunity to experience a range of activities, which can vary week to week but include:

Lead definition of solution design
Lead discovery of technical requirements
Identify key technical knowledge required for project development
Identify gaps in knowledge, techniques, and/or product
Manage technical risks: identify, monitor and drive their resolution
Provide input for definition of project differentiation criteria
Complete technical activity task sizing
Provide required input for applications hardware development
Ensure program quality (eg. Conduct peer reviews, enforce coding standards)
Maintain oversight of all technical tasks: identify issues/gaps and voice for appropriate action/escalation
Ensure effective communication between team and with customer on technical matters
Be SEGs technical champion to customer. Develop trust relationships
Facilitate shared learning and use of best practices
Travel to customer sites & OSATs as needed, may be 25% or greater.
