The Administration Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the office. The Administration Coordinator is responsible for welcoming the company's visitors, handling calls routing, running errands, providing various administrations services to the entire company.

Manage the companys vehicle fleet and ensure their proper maintenance.
Manage office supplies ordering, stock management, and coordination with suppliers.
Handle orders, invoices, and supplier communications.
Supervise the cleaning team within the office
Experience in writing procedures and basic administrative work.
Provide administrative support to all company departments.
Willingness to work unconventional hours.
