We are seeking a Vice President of Research and Development (R&D) for a leading company in the defense and electro-optics industry. The position reports directly to the CEO and includes the following responsibilities:
Leading the development of new products and enhancing existing products
Managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers from software, hardware, electronics, and mechanical fields.
Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, from requirements gathering and specification to execution.
Defining, implementing, and embedding work methodologies across teams.
Managing performance, setting task priorities, and ensuring efficient work processes.
This position offers significant technological and managerial challenges and responsibilities within a successful company at the forefront of its industry.

Requirements:
A technical/engineering degree.
At least 5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
Experience in a multidisciplinary work environment.
High-level proficiency in English.
Strong self-learning ability, leadership skills, systemic thinking, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
Experience in a defense company is an advantage.
