VP Engineering

The role includes managing and building engineering teams, overseeing architecture and product development, recruiting engineers, defining development processes and technology standards, and driving a tech strategy that supports the companys growth and business goals.

Responsibilities:
Lead engineering teams and take full responsibility for product development.
Develop and implement a technology strategy aligned with the company's vision.
Lead and optimize development processes, including Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Be responsible for making decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and development tools.
Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
Collaborate closely with senior management and participate in strategic decisions.
Work closely with product and operations teams to create organizational synergy.
Manage technology budgets and resources while prioritizing projects.
