What you will be doing:
Reporting to the VP Finance, you will oversee all aspects of accounting management, aligning your efforts with company goals to drive success. Key responsibilities include managing accounting functions (billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, revenue recognition), ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with laws and regulations. You will prepare financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports, provide financial analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate on budgeting and forecasting while fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture that supports company objectives.

Requirements:
Full time availability, hybrid 3 days in the office
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) are preferred.
High proficiency in Netsuite.
Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role, with a track record in the SaaS industry being a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (US GAAP), and taxation.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws in Israel and in the USA.
Proficiency in financial software and tools, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability to evolving financial technology and industry best practices.
