We are looking for a skilled and experienced CRM Project Team Lead to join our rapidly growing CRM department.
As a CRM Project Team Lead, you will translate business needs into technical requirements, create work processes, and implement technological systems that will affect the experience of millions of players.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a high-performing business unit and time-sensitive strategic projects from start to finish.
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, quality and productivity within the context of the overall department's strategy.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows.
Translate business needs into technical requirements to improve the department's processes, and defining processes with an external implementer.
Implement new systems, build specifications and create cross-system processes.
Provide guidance, support, coordination and follow-up on customers' questions and requests, and solve issues within business applications.

3+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end crossed teams projects.
Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution.
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
3+ years of experience as Business Operations/Project Manager in high-tech.
Proven experience in leading end-to-end crossed teams projects.
Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
