We are seeking an exceptional UX/UI Team Lead to join and lead our fast-growing UX/UI team. The UX/UI team is dedicated to creating engaging game experiences and concepts while supporting the product department in the development of new features for our games.

As the leader of the UX/UI team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and user interface of our beloved casual mobile games, driving creative direction, and ensuring top-notch delivery of all design elements.

Responsibilities:
Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment within the UX/UI team, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with guidelines.
Guide and monitor multiple UX/UI projects from concept to release, coordinating with various stakeholders.
Lead the ideation and sketching of assets to support the design process.
Oversee the UX/UI section of the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to reflect the intended user experience.
Oversee and participate in user testing to identify and address areas for improvement and problem-solving as needed.
Create and review wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, final art design and animations to maintain a consistent and visually appealing user interface.
Utilize user feedback and analytics to continuously enhance the user experience and interface.

Requirements:
4+ years of proven experience leading UX/UI teams in the mobile gaming industry.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience in developing multi-platform user interfaces.
Ability to create visually appealing designs while maintaining usability and accessibility standards.
Strong design, drawing, color, composition, and conceptual ideation skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of mobile game design best practices and current UX/UI trends.
