We're looking for a talented and experienced Devops Team Leader for our infrastructure team.
Responsibilities:
Lead a global team of DevOps Engineers
Work with developers, SRE and automation engineers to architect solutions that increase efficiency, scale, reliability and observability across our architecture
Continuous improvement of CI/CD processes of the company
Provide DevOps solutions to complex architecture challenges
Own multiple AWS and GCP environments across multiple accounts
Lead by personal example, mentor and educate towards best practices
Empower engineers to be independent, while aligning to correct standards and reusability.

Requirements:
2+ years experience as a DevOps/SRE/Platform engineering manager
5+ years as a DevOps Engineer
Experienced with GCP and Kubernetes - Advantage
Extensive knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes
Significant experience with IaC (Terraform/Cloudformation/Pulumi)
Experience with CI/CD methodologies and best practices (Jenkins/GitHub Actions)
Experience with programming and scripting languages (Python, Bash)
Experience working with version control systems (GitHub) and GitOps flows
Experience with database management (Redis, MySQL, MongoDB Atlas)
Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (Prometheus/New Relic)
Experience with security, compliance, and quality assurance standards.
