We are seeking a Global Payroll Controller to join our dynamic and fast-paced Payroll team.
As a Global Payroll Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of global payroll.
The Global Payroll Controller will be responsible and manage payroll for our international regions and take part in the tasks of the Israeli's payroll team. This role involves working with different payroll agencies and 3rd parties, handling payroll data, building and improving processes.
Responsibilities:
Improving the interface with our payroll agencies and 3rd party service providers around the world including Israel.
Established processes in order to ensure compliance with payroll laws in different countries and ensure accuracy of the payroll calculation.
Monitor and perform payroll analysis and prepare reports.
Work closely with HR and Finance teams to gather and process payroll data.
Ad-hoc projects as required.

Certified Israel Payroll Controller.
3+ years of payroll experience.
experience in global payroll.
Knowledge of international payroll laws.
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel Office skills.
Excellent English written and verbal.
Can-do positive approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An Advantage:
Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping.
Experience with Hilan and Netsuite.
