We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Finance System Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the integration, optimization, and continuous improvement of finance and procurement systems, with a focus on Accounts Payable (AP) systems. You will work closely with the finance procurement teams, as well as IT, to ensure smooth system operations, implement system upgrades, and drive efficiency through automation and process improvements
Responsibilities:
Lead finance-related projects, from planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
Oversee the implementation, customization, and configurations of the financial systems.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT and business units.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and take corrective actions when necessary.
Lead AP automation initiatives, including the implementation of AP BOT projects and other efficiency-focused tools.
Generate and analyze performance reports for AP team members and collaborate with the AP Manager to ensure the team meets deadlines and targets.

Requirements:
1-2 years experience in a similar role from a Hi-tech company.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing finance systems, particularly within Accounts Payable (AP), and/or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle Procurement).
Bachelors degree in finance, Information-Systems, or related field.
Strong knowledge of finance and procurement processes, with a focus on systems integration, performance tracking, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with system implementation, upgrades, and process automation initiatives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead system projects from conception through execution.
High level of English fluency, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work with global, multicultural teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Expert in Excel.
Advantages:
Experience with ERP SAP/Oracle.
Knowledge in Power BI.
