For the past 27 years, our company has convened cohorts of Israeli leaders to engage in beit midrash study that draws from the Jewish tradition inspiration, a language for shared core values, and tools for action, thus allowing them to meet the urgent challenges in advancing a Jewish and democratic Israel.
Job Description: 50% position with possibility of expanding
- Work in close collaboration with Director of Beit Midrash and CEO, leading the shared workflow
- Write grant applications
- Maintain ongoing communications with donors, including organizing webinars/distance learning initiatives with supporters abroad
- Lead and oversee production of marketing content and data used for development materials
- Initiate and oversee visits of donors from abroad to Israel and our company development trips abroad
- Spearhead Voices of Lod initiative - visits of groups and missions from abroad to Lod to combine learning at our company with site visits and meetings with our company alumni in action

Location: Industrial District of Lod (2 days/week) + hybrid
