Responsibilities:
You will manage, lead and guide our 6 local creative and talented UX/UI designers to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of your team.
You will be responsible for Guiding and Monitoring Multiple UX/UI Projects and be responsible for their deliverables and quality.
Total hands-on approach, in addition to managing the team you will lead one of the product stream as the UX designer in the stream.
Be the owner of User Experience threw out the studio and implement UX and user research methodologies and best practices.
Be the focal point for all stake holders outside the department.
Own the work process of your team, optimize, improve and adjust when needed.
Work closely with other department Leads to ensure smooth collaboration and process optimization.

Strong experience with UX design for mobile games, focus on creating user flows and understanding product design methodologies.
