We are looking for a responsible, independent, and professional accountant who is a team player, able to thrive in a fast-growing company, and deliver within strict deadlines. You will join our professional finance team and be part of the company's global bookkeeping.
Responsibilities:
Responsible of AP cycle management: record invoices against POs, approval cycle, prepare payments, reconciliations
Credit card reconciliations
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to: banking, vendor, accruals, etc.
Add-hoc tasks that you will be required to deliver on defined time lines.
Completeness, accuracy and time manner is required in all the above responsibilities.

Requirements:
4 years of experience as a bookkeeper in hi-tech and international companies
Experience working in global companies with multi-currency environment
Excellent Excel skills
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Experience in NetSuite (big advantage)
System oriented 
Team player
Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task.
