We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of R D to lead our development team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in React and Python, with a strong preference for experience in Django. This role requires a blend of hands-on development and strategic leadership, ensuring our technology stack supports our growth and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the R D department, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with the companys objectives.
Develop and implement high-quality software solutions using React and Python.
Oversee the architecture and management of databases and infrastructure.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate functional requirements into system applications.
Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
