Required salesforce Implementation Specialist
Are you passionate about transforming organizations through technology? Join our dynamic Business Operations team as a salesforce Implementation Specialist and make a real impact in the nonprofit sector!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end salesforce implementations and customizations
Design and implement complex automation flows
Execute data migration projects
Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients
Work closely with nonprofit organizations to understand and meet their unique needs.

Requirements:
3+ years of hands-on salesforce implementation experience
Proven experience with NPSP (Nonprofit Success Pack) OR substantial experience working with nonprofit organizations (donor management, fundraising campaigns, volunteer tracking)
Strong background in complex flow automation and data migrations
Extensive knowledge of Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Nice to Have:
SOQL knowledge
Salesforce certifications.
