As a Product Designer on the team, you will transform broad, conceptual ideas into valuable and user-friendly designs. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. Your work will contribute to strategic decisions that shape the future of Meta's products.
Responsibilities:
- Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into intuitive interfaces.
- Develop new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems.
- Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of Meta products.
- Provide and solicit feedback from designers and the broader product team to continually improve quality.

- Interaction design experience with a deep understanding of user needs and how innovations will scale. Proficiency in using prototyping tools to demonstrate flows and interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Commitment to establishing a high bar for designing customer-centric experiences.
- Visual design expertise with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense, and understanding of how these elements impact product function.
