Required DBA Team Leader
Day to day management of the DBA team:
Projects and sprints planning
Tasks assignments based on changing priorities
Interaction with various stakeholders within RnD
Developing our database strategy for proactive performance, tuning and high availability in a 24x7 production environment.
Managing Development, Test, QA and Production databases and implementing future MySQL and MongoDB DB enhancements to meet the business needs of the end users.
Scaling and anticipating requirements ,database capacity planning for scalable growth and performance
Working with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
Responsibility for configuration, maintenance, upgrade, and patching procedures.

At least 8+ years hands-on as DBA
At least 5 years of proven experience as DBA Team Leader
High Proficiency with MySQL (version 8.x) and MongoDB
Linux system knowledge
Experience with partitioning, replication, multi-level security, clustering, distributed transactions, OLTP & OLAP
Extensive knowledge of SQL programming and optimization
Database and Application performance tuning
Fluent English
Advantages:
Experience of close work with application development teams
Experience with AWS MySQL cluster deployments
Experience with MongoDB cluster or MongoDB Atlas managed service
Experience with InnoDB Cluster.
